Dessert and Vanilla Flavoured Singing in Elephant Royale with Robert on 21 September @GuideDogVance @rjnet

After choosing a #dessert in #ElephantRoyale, with music playing at a low volume, we hear some lovely, #live #piano music, which is short-lived, followed by someone singing with #keyboard #backing #rhythms, which are far too #loud, with occasional instrumental bits played with the right-hand, plus the occasional #dodgy high note in the singing. #Robert and I are not fans of the backing rhythms or the singing, which we agree is like cheap vanilla #IceCream – boring. The #pistachio ice-cream is nice, but the atmosphere of this #Thai #restaurant is ruined by the loud music, causing us to shout and have to keep saying things twice to be heard! The boo also contains a strange #accent from Robert, a couple of lone clappers after the third and fourth songs, #tasting Robert’s #jasmine #tea and me adding a few #soprano notes to enhance one of the songs! #annoying #stereo #ZoomH1 #Fi #London
