Disappointing Cineworld response explained on way to spin class

5:45 AM walk to the gym for a swim and spin class, explaining my frustration with the response from the local cinema after their failings in getting audio description to work yet again. Eight trips in 11 attempts failed in trying to enjoy a simple film with audio description as advertised! I have tried emailing the BBC in touch program, contacted the local cinema management, and I am now not sure where else to go, but the nationwide organisation needs to put the blind audio description service on their agenda to sort out as important as it would be as if the screen quality was deficient and causing cited cinema goers from having a good night out
