Duarte Romero Varela was a student on the MA in Online Journalism at Birmingham City University from 2012-2013. Here he returns to talk about his experience managing a small online expat community of Galicians in the UK, and #communitymanagement as part of a #datajournalism project on cuts to children's services in #Birmingham.
