Paul Lewis from BBC's Money Box programme gives advice after Ulster Bank problems

More embarrassment and frustration for Ulster Bank customers last night as a technical problem left many without access to their money. It was a UK wide problem affecting RBS, Natwest and Ulster Bank. They say the problem has now been fixed and they've apologised and said anyone left out of pocket will be compensated.

Were you affected last night? We've had reports of people stuck at petrol pumps and shops - unable to pay their bills.
