Consumer Council says it's déjà vu for Ulster Bank customers after new IT glitch

More embarrassment and frustration for Ulster Bank customers last night as a technical problem left many without access to their money. It was a UK wide problem affecting RBS, Natwest and Ulster Bank. They say the problem has now been fixed and they've apologised and said anyone left out of pocket will be compensated.
