At the WTO Ministerial conference in Bali, we spoke to Ganeshan Wignaraja - Director of Research, Asian Development Bank Institute - about the future Aid for Trade (AfT). Ganesh says that we should build trade related infrastructure to support effective and efficient supply chains for trade facilitation.
