John Humphrey on the future of food security at the WTO

At the WTO Ministerial conference in Bali, we spoke to John Humphrey - Professorial Fellow, Institute of Development Studies - about the future of food security at the WTO. John highlights that we are now in a supply constrained situation so the concern for the WTO should be about how to make sure countries are not restricting exports at times of food shortages.
