Dark days to happiness through acceptance.

From the darkest of days in my life using mindfulness to accept what is happening around me I've found a level of contentment I've not has in 20 years. The most important thing I do is sit a meditate every morning and despite how bad I am at it, the benefits still come. #Depression #SAD #Happiness #Bliss #life
