Saskatoon driver recounts escape from sinking vehicle

Breanna Pegg, a 23-year-old Saskatoon woman whose car ramped over a guardrail on the city’s Circle Drive North Bridge and plunged into the South Saskatchewan River, recounts how she escaped as her vehicle broke through the ice and sank into the water.
