The grieving mother of a teenager who died just before Christmas has accused the Social Security Agency of treating her like just another number. Helen's son died on the 20th of December but for the last week of his life the SSA refused to pay him any Employment Support Allowance. Helen says they insisted on a Doctors line but he was too ill to attend the surgery. And even now, although she's offered to send them the death certificate, they're still refusing to pay. Helen's been talking to our reporter Lisa McAlister.
