Cutting it fine for the train, only to find it delayed

Isn't it typical? You drop everything and race for the last train that'll get you home before the supermarket shuts, only for the service to be delayed. So it was for me this evening as I headed home from work. I did at least manage to get a recording, largely without commentary, along the way. This boo includes streetscape sounds, an unhappy juvenile bus passenger, a busy transport interchange and an interminable wait on a platform.
