Somerset flood victims: 'This could have been prevented'

Areas of Somerset are still under water and with a storm surge and high tides predicted for this weekend, the worst could be yet to come. This is the second time in 13 months the area has experienced severe flooding. Many local residents blame the Environment Agency for not acting quickly enough, blaming mismanagement and a lack of leadership. Victoria speaks to Hayley and Chris Matthews, who live on a farm which has had three homes affected and Briony Sadler, who has two businesses which have been impacted by the floods.
