Assisted suicide, kidnapping, murder - does Coronation Street reflect real life? Heidi McAlpine doesn't think so

"Coronation Street "doesn't reflect life anymore" - that's what Inspector George Gently star Martin Shaw has said. He told Five Live's Richard Bacon "the joy" of the long running soap back in the day was that "it did reflect the life of those people who lived there". The actor appeared in the soap for six weeks in the 1960's. What do you think - assisted suicide, kidnapping, murder?
