It's a year ago next week that Declan Rudd signed for Graham Westley's Preston on loan from Norwich.
Since then the 23-year-old goalkeeper has seen his career go from strength to strength.
Rudd, who's on a season's loan at Deepdale from the Canaries hasn't missed a league match all season and he's been reflecting on it all with BBC Radio Lancashire's Andy Bayes.
Rudd started by saying how much last night's performance against Nottingham Forest will do them a world of good.
