Belfast club offers 90p drinks. Is that responsible? #BBCNolan

Another cut price drinking promotion - this time the Box nightclub in the Odyssey and its Tuesday night 'craics 90' deal. Where you pay £6 in and can buy spirits, beer and alco-pops for 90p. On Thursday night - news of more than 100 young people treated by paramedics for the effects of alcohol and, in some cases drugs, at the Hardwell gig in Belfast hit the headlines. Do 90p drinks promote responsible drinking? Is it simply a way for young people to have a night out they can afford - or does it encourage binge drinking?
