MS sufferer left to languish in a hospital for 9 mnths - husband Ciaran tells @reporterlisa 'Her home is with me'. A 29 year old Belfast woman with a disability has been languishing in a hospital bed in her Mum's living room for 9 months while waiting for a Housing Association to carry out adaptions to her home. It then emerged the planned adaptions couldn't take place on Health and safety grounds
