Audrey's son Stuart was among 16 men who died in the Super Puma crash in the North Sea in April 2009.
Sheriff Derek Pyle's released his findings into the tragedy, following a six week hearing.
He's concluded the accident could have been prevented and that recognised maintenance procedures weren't followed by operators Bond.
