Further Education Funding Cuts 2/2

City College, in the heart of Norwich, has more than 10,000 students on its books. But come September it is facing a massive cut in its budget. The government is imposing a 17 and a half percent reduction in the amount it gives for 18 year olds who are on further education courses such as National Diplomas.
