"It's not the sort of standards I expect from my officers" - Police chief reacts to video

The BBC understands the PSNI are to refer a video that appears to show officers leaving a incapacitated woman at the side of a road to the police ombudsman. In a statement the Assistant Chief Constable George Hamiliton said that police were seriously concerned and well below the standards we expect from our officers in dealing with vulnerable people.
