The muffin man: making muffins for work (part one)

I need to take some cake into work tomorrow but buying it at the supermarket just won't do! So I'm setting out on an adventure to cook myself, for the very first time, some muffins. Listen to this boo as I measure out liquid using a beer glass and way flour with scales that magically gain weight.
