Kentucky has introduced a lot of things to the world including Bluegrass music from the likes of Bill Monroe, and Bourbon Whiskey first produced - allegedly - by the Reverend Elijah Craig. But then there is Tennessee Whiskey, which is different. Or is it? Because it uses Bourbon. And there is big trouble currently in whiskey land. Jack Daniels is the brand leader in Tennessee Whiskey using Bourbon made with what's called the Lincoln County process. But thereis alsos George Dickel whiskey, owned by the international drinks giant Diageo, and they don't use that process. A new law last year apparently forces Tennessee whiskey to be made the same as Jack Daniels, and Diageo - and whiskey aficionados - are up in arms about it .
