More misery for our front line Health workers this morning. A new payroll system being introduced in our Health trusts has led to some workers, like nurses, being underpaid. Some as much as five hundred pounds. One nurse has told the Nolan show she's not been paid properly in months. That's meant she's had to borrow money to make ends meet.

David Bingham is chief of the Business Service Organisation in charge of rolling out the new payroll system.
