Conclusion The mobile phone is a communication tool; it should be used with caution if this is not so we can misuse our mobile phone, so you can suffer distractions. Another point to consider is not to listen to music trough headphones at high volume, because we can not perceive sounds from the outside, also one should not become addicted to the games and applications that the mobile phone has.
