The Ripon Hornblower

On Wed 9 April 14, I visited the beautiful (tiny) city of #Ripon, North Yorkshire, where I observed the daily ritual of the Ripon Hornblower. You can read about the full history here: http://the-ripon-hornblower.webs.com - but I will say that the hornblower was a true gentleman.
