Brown Bin Tax petition handed in

#Peterborough #Liberal #Democrat City #Councillors have now handed in a petition from residents opposing the "crack pot" idea from the #Conservative controlled city #council that, people who already pay council tax, should be expected to also pay £40 a year to have their brown #bins collected too!
