Scotch Whisky Association Accused Of Delaying Anti-Alcohol Abuse Measures

The Government's accusing the Scotch Whisky Association of delaying life-saving anti-alcohol abuse laws. The SWA's opposing Holyrood's plans to set a minimum price of 50-pence a unit. The legal challenge has been referred to a European Court. The association's David Williamson tells MFR Reporter Bryan Rutherford that the proposals breach European Law.
