The parents of a schizophrenic man who was failed by Warwick Hospital - have praised a group which helps people through the NHS complaints system. Angie and Graham's son Richard had a broken neck, but staff at Warwick initially dismissed his symptoms - saying they were to do with his mental state.. Here's their story:
