Rode iXY Microphone Test

This is a quick demonstration of the Rode iXY stereo microphone for iOS devices. In it we test how well it picks up outdoor ambiance, motor rumble from within a moving bus, and a door at my job which is known to clip other microphone setups. Note that the image jumps around somewhat because I shortened the bus ride by 15 minutes, and I also edited other people out of the file as they never gave their approval to be recorded. The only post-production I performed was to use the wave hammer in Sound Forge to apply some overall compression.
