Cameron steps into Stormont welfare reform row

The Prime Minister told MPs Northern Ireland people should understand welfare reform is about 'returning people to work, not cutting benefits'.

He was responding to DUP's David Simpson during Prime Minster's Questions at the House of Commons; Mr Simpson hit out at Sinn Fein's opposition to welfare reform. It's an issue that won't go away - where do we go from here?
