Joe Campbell says murder of his father is 'collusion'

The murder police officer in 1977 was preventable and members of the RUC failed in their duty.
The findings from the Police Ombudsman, Michael Maguire, come nearly 40 years after the death of Joe Campbell.
The 49-year-old father of eight was shot as he locked the main gates of the Cushendall Police Station in Co Antrim.
