Prison chief wants to grant online access to inmates

"Let prisoners go online!" - that's what the UK's chief inspector of prisons wants. Nick Hardwick said prisoners are living in a 'technological dark age' and access to the web would improve their education, finding work on the outside and contact with family. I'm joined by commentators David Vance and Kate Smurthwaite discuss whether or not this should become a reality.
