Our politicians are talking again. A fresh round of Stormont talks begins today in the search for agreement on parades, flags and the past. But the dialogue is taking place in the shadow of parading tensions, with a decision looming on a July 12th Orange march past the Ardoyne shops in north Belfast.
There are also high-level discussions taking place in London today. But is there any real hope of a breakthrough?
