Are starving eating from bins in Stoke-on-Trent?

"Hungry kids eat food from bins" was the front page headline in The Sentinel newspaper on Wednesday 2 July. They reported that residents had told police that they had seen kids scavenging in Fenton, in Stoke-on-Trent. Rob Flello, MP for Stoke-on-Trent South said it wasn't the first time he had heard of such reports. I spoke to him about the story, welfare and foodbanks.
