Sleeping on the job: Why it could be the best career move you ever made

If you're caught sleeping on the job, literally, for most employers that would be grounds for a severe telling-off. It could even get you fired.

In some companies though, like Google and the Huffington Post, workplace naps are positively encouraged. They're seen as a way to make staff more productive.

So is this just another faddy trend only tech companies would embrace... or could we all benefit from sleeping our way to the top?
