Whose going to be looking at your medical records?

There are concerns that people in Stoke-on-Trent aren't aware of changes to the way that information from their medical records is going to be used. It means that NHS England can share it with private organisations. I've been explaining the changes to BBC Radio Stoke's Charlotte Foster.
