There have been 61 one people arrested in Liberia's north eastern Nimba County folllowing protests last weekend. Local activists were demonstrating over what they say is the failed promise made by the giant steel company Arcellor Mittal, to invest in the community. At the weekend the protests turned nasty and police say that six of their officers were shot. Arcellor Mittal's one billion dollar investment in the iron ore mines was the first big investment in post-war Liberia.. Jonathan Paye-Layleh reports.
