Australia's Parliament has voted to scrap a tax on carbon emissions. PM Tony Abbott said the tax had been a burden on industry and pushed up energy bills for consumers. But environmental campaigners say it's a major backward step. Danish climate academic Bjorn Lomborg and Andrew Pendleton from Friends of the Earth react to the decision.
