#Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan wants his government to borrow one billion dollars to strengthen the military's capacity to fight militant Islamists - #BokoHaram. The country has a a military budget of about six billion dollars but critics say large sums are being lost to corruption. Sonni Gberevbie is a former commandant of the Armed Forces in Nigeria.
