Looks like AudioBoo may fill the role that SoundCloud held, for filing rapid-fire reports.

It's still possible to upload fully-produced Voddio reports to SoundCloud. audioBoom has a workaround which lets you email a report produced in Voddio to a specific email, which uploads to the audioBoom account.
