ICE-CREAM-GATE! The front page of the Belfast Telegraph this morning reports that the Police Ombudsman launched an investigation into a police officer who - wait for it - was witnessed stopping for ice cream, getting back into his car, and driving off eating it. The Ombudsman then sent a file to the Public Prosecution Service. Is this a ridiculous waste of time and money? Or a just investigation after receiving a complaint from a member of the public? Stephen hears from the SDLP's Dolores Kelly who is on the Policing Board and Alan McQuillan is a former assistant chief constable.
