Silence of Kincora victims bought with out-of-court gagging order payments

Yet more revelations about the Kincora Boys Home sex abuse scandal have been making the news today. The Irish News reveals that out-of-court gagging order payments were made to victims to buy their silence. And in another exclusive, they tell how Stephen Waring, a 16-year-old who was abused in Kincora before running away to England, took his life by jumping off a ferry when the police tried to send him back.
