After a stunning drive along the A7from the Anglo Scottish border, near Gretna, we arrived at our next stop, the spectacular Roxburgh Hotel on the Duke of Roxburgh's estate near Kelso.

Sitting in the book lined hotel bar my mum is heard here reading about the history of the building.
