Some of the presidents who are arriving in Washington for this week's US-Africa Leaders summit have come under fire for being in power for too long, or trying to extend their time in office. In Congo-Brazzaville, for example, there's currently a debate going on over the constitution that could allow President Denis Sassou Nguesso, in power since 1997, to run again. He's already arrived in Washington, and BBC Africa's Damian Zane asked him about the constitutional discussions.
