2014 World Breast Feeding Week

The Innocenti Declaration was made by the World Health Organisation, UNICEF, Health Professionals and Policy-Makers on 1st August 1990 to protect, promote and support breastfeeding worldwide. To commemorate the Innocenti Declaration, the World Breast Feeding Week is celebrated every year from 1st-7th August in more than 174 countries since 1992.
