Health union claims ambulance staff morale at all time low #BBCNolan

Morale amongst ambulance staff is at an all time low. That's the message from the health union unison. They say members feel so overstretched and physically and emotionally drained that they don't know how long they can continue. They're so angry they've taken a "no confidence" vote against their bosses. It all stems from a drop in ambulance cover which has led to delays across Northern Ireland. Last month the Ambulance Service's Brian McNeill told Lisa McAlister part of the problem was down to staff taking sick leave.
