Ghana inquiry into World Cup footballers' fees

Ghana’s former Sports Minister, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, has appeared before a Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Ghana's World Cup participation.

The Black Stars’ campaign in Brazil was blighted by controversy over the payment of appearance fees to players.
