Rwanda arrests Army General

A top #Rwandan army officer has been arrested for unspecified crimes against the state. It's the third such arrest since last week. The Rwandan president Paul Kagame has faced growing criticism for suppressing political dissent. The BBC's Prudent Nsengiyumva in Rwanda spoke to Audrey Brown about the arrests.
