Larkswood Nature Trail - Ben Cooper

On a summer's day Ben Cooper visited the Larkswood Nature Trail in the heart of Chingford. He was joined by Ian Woodward (pictured) from the 'Friends of Ainslie and Larks Woods' who told him all about these tranquil woods, there connection with David Beckham and the work of the Friend's group.
