Teaching animation in Senegal's schools

Animated films are usually associated with studios in the United States and Japan. But why not Africa? There are studios in Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa - and now a project launched by a Senegalese media mogul and funded by the European Union is trying to boost teaching of art and animation in schools.
