Lack of working hearing loops facilities 'putting patients at risk' in NHS Wales

Action of Hearing Loss Cymru says patients with hearing loss are being put at risk in the NHS in Wales because hearing loops aren't always working properly. Patient watchdogs have found half of the areas they tested didn't have loops that worked and sometimes staff didn't know how to use them. One patients told me it's like living in a 'different world' and leaves people 'isolated'.
